Registration

1- This refers to the personal page of the registered individual, accessible only with their registered email address and password, where they provide their personal or corporate information requested before they can perform the necessary transactions electronically on the platform to benefit from the visual sales and/or services specified on the platform.

2- To use the platform for shopping and services, and to obtain registered status, the applicant must provide accurate and up-to-date information as requested on the platform, and their registration application must be evaluated and approved by the platform service.

3- To register, the individual must be at least 18 (eighteen) years old.

4- The registered individual has the opportunity to create only one unique registration through their registered email address, using their personal information and login credentials (email address, name, and password). Two different registrations cannot be made using the same email address. 5- The password chosen by the registered user can be changed by the user at any time in their own account.

6- Since registered passwords within the platform are re-encrypted with a 1024-bit secure encryption system, the registered user's passwords are not known to the platform administration.

7- After the login information of the registered user is approved by the administrator, the registered user will be able to log in to the platform and use its services.

8- The selection of the email address and associated password, and the security and confidentiality of the email address and password outside the platform, are entirely the responsibility of the registered user.

9- Modesy and the platform administration are not responsible for the use of the email address and password and/or any problems that may arise thereafter.

10- The registered user can only use the platform to make purchases and use services that require registered login information by logging into the platform with their email address and password.
